I know – and love – Toronto real estate. My goal is to make sure that every buyer and seller I work with receives the very best service, client care, market knowledge and, most importantly, results. Whether you want to get top dollar for your Liberty Village loft or you’re searching for your dream home in Leslieville, you can count on me to be there for you every step of the way.
If you want to live in one of Toronto’s fastest growing condo/townhome communities and a house isn’t in your budget, look no further than Liberty Village.
Called “the next Chelsea Market” by Toronto Life Magazine, Liberty Village has undergone significant growth and major gentrification in the last few years – now it’s home to funky storefronts, art galleries, hip coffee shops and restaurants galore. Even better, it’s still relatively affordable by downtown standards.
One of the most well known Liberty Village buildings is the Toy Factory Lofts at 43 Hanna Avenue, previous home to the Irwin Toy Factory which was converted in 2008 into 215 industrial residential lofts. The area is also home to a slew of newer developments including Bliss Condos, Liberty on the Park, Zip Condos and Liberty Towers.
