My job is to help you achieve this goal by narrowing down prospective properties for you, negotiating the lowest price, supplying information on the pricing of comparable properties and advising you on re-sale potential among other things.

Having worked in all areas of Toronto, I can advise you on different neighborhood characteristics and values, property types, access to amenities and transportation, school districts, future developments and anything else that you need to know in order to make an informed decision about where you want to live.
